Customer Responsibilities:


When working with our company, customers are responsible for the following:


  • Providing access to the site for our team
  • Obtaining all necessary permits and approvals
  • Providing accurate and complete information about the site and project
  • Following all applicable laws and regulations


Payment Terms:


  • A deposit agreed upon is required before work can begin
  • The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project
  • We reserve the right to charge interest on late payments.
  • Non-payment may result in legal action


Changes to Services:


We understand that plans can change. If a customer requests changes to services after work has begun, we will make every effort to accommodate the request. However, additional fees may apply for any changes to the original scope of work.


Warranty:

If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute may be escalated to legal action. Any legal action must be brought in the courts of Framingham, Massachusetts, USA and shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.


Termination:


We reserve the right to terminate services at any time if a customer breaches these terms of service or engages in conduct that is harmful to our team, our equipment, or the site. In the event of termination, the customer is responsible for paying all fees and costs incurred up to the date of termination.


Governing Law:


These terms of service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any legal action must be brought in the courts of Framingham, Massachusetts, USA.


Modification:


We reserve the right to modify these terms of service at any time, without prior notice. Any modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new terms of service.
